Pocket Letters Nashville, TN

Have you heard of Pocket Letter Pals created by Jennette Lane?? They are amazing and fun. It's almost like bringing back pen pals and handwritten letters. Some crafters have gone way left from the original concept; competitions and criticisms of others style, but for the most part they are very nice. I created my first pocket letter last week. It was very nice; for my first one.

I think that I will be able to use a lot of my stash during the creative process. Anyway, please join my group and lets begin swapping Pocket Letters (PL).

October 7, 2011: Scraps Of Color Breast Cancer Awareness Blog Hop!

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month! So, in honor of this event--I, along with some talented crafter's, have teamed up to honor and celebrate the men and women in our lives that inspire us with their strength in the battle against Breast Cancer. Of course, a blog hop isn't complete without blog candy! There will be giveaways on various blogs throughout the hop! Plus, there will be an SOC blog hop gift awaiting one visitor!! SOC Celebrate #8 Blog Hop: Day 2

Thanks for Coming Back! I'm still celebrating with my SOC sisters and my daughter Alexis. I'm so very proud of her, which is why she is my focus during this celebration blog hop. I used the black Congratulations paper because I wanted to make the layout pop. I cut a large frame by using the Storybook Cricut Cartridge; set for 10 inches. My Christmas in July 2013 My Pink Journey CHRISTMAS IN JULY: DAY 1 One Sunday night (I guess it was actually early Monday morning) in July, I had a bad case of insomnia and was fooling around on eBay. I saw that there was a bid on a new Pink Journey Cricut Expression Bundle that was about to end and the price was like 40 bucks. I was like; No way. The Bundle included 3 cartridges; one of which was the Pink Journey Champagne Rose Solution cartridge. So, I bid $56 and won the bid. That was such a great deal simply because the Pink Journey cartridge sells for about that; at least on eBay.
