Special Invitations

September 23, 2011 Have you ever had trouble finding that special invitation? How about creating your own invitation; one that reads exactly what you want to say. I know I have.  The same with greeting cards. Well, sometimes you can find the right one; if you have time to look and read.  Let's explore making our own cards. Making your own invitations     I've recently began making my own invitation. It can get expensive at times.  But, I've learned to use scraps and make my own envelopes from plain 8 1/2 x 11 light weight card stock and pattered paper.  What are you ideas on making your own invitations?  I would love to read about how you create your invitation. Praise God for the Blessing of Healing

September 21, 2011 Good Afternoon Everyone! A few days ago I attended the homegoing celebration of my Uncle Joe.  There were hurt feelings, misunderstandings, and plenty of blame and baggage within the family.  I will spare you the details because they are "family business".  But I can say that through It all God had the final say.  I know what mama-nem said and what big mama said, and I even know what big aunties and uncles said...But what did our Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST SAY?  " A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, If you have love for one another." John 13:34 & 35 Now, I say this to you my dear friends. Put family disagreements away, put away ill feelings, put away he-said-she said, and put away the tools of the enemy.  God must be praised. Through it all let God be praised. Are there disagreements in your home, on your job
