MPDS Fall Blog Hop: Day 3

...Welcome Back to MPDS Fall Blog Hop. Autumn Birthday’s Continued    My daughter and I celebrated another special autumn birthday with my “friend” Jeff. Alexis and Jeff are both DJ’s; well Lexi is a DJ apprentice. We gave Jeff 3 envelopes labled: Food and Fun, Shopping Spree, and Dessert. He chose what he wanted to do first by which envelope he chose. Envelope 1 was dinner and games at INCREDIBLE Dave’s. Envelope 2 was a $5.00 shopping spree at Dollar General Store. LOL!!! Envelope 3 was strawberry shakes at Jack N the Box. Welcome to the ModPodge Designs Scraps Fall Harvest Blog Hop: Day 2 Autumn Birthday Another thing I like about Autumn, are the Autumn birthdays!  Me, Mom, and Jeff.  I've decided to make a scrapbook about my birthdays.  I started doing this on my 40th birthday. I should have it done for my 50th celebration. So here is one of the pages from my 45 birthday. Example 1 & 2: Brads and Paper I use 8x8 Creative Memories paper and Stapin Up brands. I used 12x12 Colorbok paper and inked the edges to tone down the orange. Creative Memories has the best double sided paper; which makes it hard to decide which side to use; so I folded the corners.  Example 3: Journaling Blocks I mounted the Paper Studio stickers. I can't remember who the paper was by; since it came from my scrap stash. LOL Q: considering how full this page is, Where do I journal? I was thinking about creating another page . I'v e e ven thought about maki...

I love the colors, the leaves, clothing layers, fall festivals, and THE FOOD. Autumn kicks off all of the great family gatherings. Summer barbecue is ok; but it does not compare to warm apple cider, Carmel apples, homemade chili with Mexican cornbread and the delicious Thanksgiving dinner. Oh yes I love autumn.   My first project for the blog hop begins with the colors of fall. Day spent looking for fall colors. East Park is the best place in Nashville to find beautiful leaves.    Example 1: Photo Selection ...
